In the lobby of this ultra-luxury waterfront condominium tower, a refined modern terrazzo design follows a single epoxy matrix through five custom marble blends without divider strips. The hand-built gradient traces ceiling soffits, then reverses direction to guide movement and orientation. The terrazzo scope extends vertically in nearly 200 feet of poured-in-place cove base—the only instance of divider strip use—integrating concealed LED lighting. Terrazzo continues into architectural wall panels, radius door surrounds, portals, and columns, deftly unifying the architectural language in a seamless dialogue between volumes, natural light, and surrounding textures.
