This new six-story facility offers state-of-the-art teaching spaces, with a sophisticated, classic design. The terrazzo accommodates a radiant heating system. The simple palette helps define zones and provides directional cues while harmonizing with other finishes. The 14-inch lighted cove base in the main corridor is precast, as well as the stairwell, wall-panel, and seating. Stainless steel accent planks in a dynamic pattern give a sense of movement throughout the lobby. The floor was finished to 2,000 grit to ensure a consistent finish with the planks.
