A custom compass rose medallion and patterns in epoxy terrazzo respond well to the architecture while tastefully branding the space and serving in wayfinding for the many visitors to this center. Terrazzo was specified to significantly reduce life-cycle costs in this LEED-certified facility. In the concourse, a neutral terrazzo field color is a bright backdrop for the warm-toned graphics while providing durability to withstand heavy foot traffic. The monumental staircase with its sleek curves was poured-in-place. This dynamic installation is an investment that will continue to bring returns, both functionally and aesthetically.
