Exceptional terrazzo artistry distinguishes this elegant 35,000-square-foot installation in a new downtown dining development. All precast elements were created by the contractor. A clean job with clean lines, the extraordinary precast Venetian terrazzo stairs with integrated informal seating spaces manifest meticulous craftsmanship. Every side of the stringer is seamlessly wrapped in precast terrazzo from top to bottom to cover the exposed metal from all vantage points. Variation in the aggregate blends mixed with a single resin achieved the subtle color harmonies.
