Chicago Midway International Airport

Terrazzo was the flooring of choice throughout heavy-traffic areas for a facility expansion and modernization program. This project added three bridges in an airport that serves over 18 million passengers annually. The functional 95,000-square-foot floor contributed to the luxury of ease of maintenance and longevity. The 20 distinctive four-foot-high columns with integrated cove base are perfectly clad to the wood and steel structures and display well-executed, smooth vertical work. Perfectly polished floors flow seamlessly into the coves at the columns.
