The redevelopment of this historic church at the base of a 30-story curtain-wall office tower introduces interiors where terrazzo engages directly with the architecture, linking multiple levels into a continuous spatial sequence that draws visitors inward. A monochromatic epoxy terrazzo system ensures uninterrupted continuity across surfaces. Sweeping precast stairs form sculptural circulation paths, while a hand-crafted terrazzo reception desk curves outward and, like the seating elements, rises organically from the floor in a flowing geometry accented by zinc divider strips. Skillfully composed, these elements foster a contemplative atmosphere that combines durability with a refined, understated aesthetic.
