This page outlines approved colors and fonts for the NTMA brand.
Colors
Our color palette leans heavily on old-world materials, such as stone, slate and brass. The earthen tones ground the brand in a sense of craftmenship and quality. The palette is split between three primary colors, used in the main logo, and four secondary colors. The Warm Brass is to be considered the accent color.

Fonts for Print
Flexibility comes from using one type family that contains all necessary weights. Our organization typeface, Neutra Display, features light, regular, bold and black (heavy) font weights. The Neutra Display family was selected because it is evocative of art deco, modern and legible at all sizes.
Neutra Display Book is our primary print typeface, chosen to reflect the humanity and inclusiveness of NTMA. It’s modern, easy to read and compliments imagery rather than competes with it.

Fonts for Online Use
Our website uses the Raleway font family. It has the same breadth of weight options as our print family.
Raleway is our primary online typeface. This font will be exceedingly legible and provides a variety of weights and maintains its redability on mobile screens.

Alternate Font
There will be occasion for community members to create documents. Disseminating the licensed font across the community would be cost prohibitive. So we are mandating the secondary, or “fall back” font Arial for use. We know that this font will be native to most computers regardless of platform.
