Inspired by the curving forms and materials of the local waterfront, a thoughtful integration of natural materials in this space projects a welcoming elegance. Soft, warm tones and delicate lines of randomly intersecting brass ring inlays maintain a neutral underlay to the textures of the space. The terrazzo floor and contoured terrazzo fascia panels give this lobby a plainspoken yet timeless feel. Large rock and mother-of-pearl aggregate speak for elements of the location – sand, sea, and sunlight – and lend subtle dynamism and harmony.
