Seamless and durable, terrazzo was installed in the public spaces during the remodel of this landmark building. The interior was designed to elevate the corporate brand and provide a state-of-the-art trading environment, providing a premier employee and client experience. At 90,000 square feet, this elegant installation is considered the city’s largest Venetian epoxy terrazzo application. The diamond pattern layout mirrors the ceilings and architectural curves, all used to advantage in the sky lobby, reception areas, client-facing spaces, and work cafés. Removable matching precast terrazzo panels on food service stations allow access to gas and water valves.
