Impressive in scale and elegant in design, this epoxy thin-set terrazzo installation was a key component in the remodel and rebranding of this property, built in 1982. The building underwent an upgrade to the facade and interior finishes, and skylights were added. Terrazzo replaced marble tile in all public traffic areas, concourse, and storefronts. The simple four-color design with its vibrant accents adds both functionality and elegance. The center court’s whimsical pattern in zinc divider strips, the focal point of the design, can be seen from all levels.
