IAH United Airlines Terminal C

Terrazzo was installed in all public spaces of this new terminal, including seating areas at the gates, to replace all carpet. The epoxy thin-set terrazzo patterns and eight calming colors complement the curved meridian pattern of the airline’s logo and its branding elements, and the bands of color reinforce intuitive way-finding through the terminal. This low-maintenance, durable design is now a standard for United Airlines’ terminals. This installation was completed in just four months, an impressive speed of execution on this project of 165,000 square feet.
