Certified as the world’s largest Passive House office building, this luminous interior exemplifies energy efficiency and sustainability. The terrazzo materials and execution heighten a sense of permanence while offering a sophisticated solution for multifunctional high-traffic areas. A triangular floor pattern incorporates nearly 2.5 miles of zinc double divider strips, precisely mitered to form complex intersections. The hallmarks of this installation are precast cement terrazzo benches – sculptural elements with wood accents, lighting, and electrical access panels. Seating steps with wood panels and stainless-steel abrasive strips contribute to a quiet drama and restrained warmth.
