This expansion marks the fifth phase of an epoxy terrazzo installation program in all ticketing and concourse areas, incorporating durability, low maintenance, and design versatility. A five-color rolling wave pattern maintains continuity throughout the airport, guiding travelers through an engaging and easily navigable environment. In this phase, nine waterjet-cut art installations in 54 colors by four local artists have been introduced, adding a rich visual dimension and reflecting the region’s distinctive landscapes, from the deep blues of the lake and sandy tans of the dunes to the grays and purples of the urban core.
