Designed to accommodate rapid population growth and reduce energy use, this imposing new LEED-certified building was built to serve the county for the next 75 years. A monumental precast staircase in epoxy terrazzo provides a sculptural focal point within the floor’s grand expanse in the radiant entry. The state-of-the-art facility’s handsome interior design is immaculate and confidently streamlined while evoking a powerful sense of the dignity of the building’s purpose. Within a clean zinc divider strip pattern, mother-of-pearl and marble aggregate lend heft and texture to the glossy, durable finish.
