Boiling Springs High School

Modern terrazzo designs enhance this new construction project. Geometric patterns in five contrasting colors deftly balance the long expanses in hallways and public spaces. The 63,000-square-foot installation includes five flights of stairs with a poured-in-place raised landing. School medallions in terrazzo also help define spaces while assisting in wayfinding. Bordering the sunken cafeteria are three poured-in-place and hand-ground sweeping curved steps. This project showcases the broad scope of a terrazzo system, which will efficiently serve students and faculty for many years to come.
