This new, LEED Gold certified, 20-story tower is one of the largest built in the city’s downtown in recent years and serves as a high-performance workplace for over 1,000 employees. The crisp, clean installation of epoxy terrazzo consists of three colors with a mixture of marble, glass, and mother-of-pearl aggregate. Terrazzo color blocking accents architectural elements in the minimalistic, modern design. Spaces are subtly defined with lighting and terrazzo accent borders, radius patterns, divider strip accents, a handsome waterjet-cut herringbone strip pattern, and monumental precast stair.
