New construction and a remodel brought all school of business functions into one engaging, interactive, flexible, and social complex. This handsome, two-toned epoxy terrazzo installation focuses on an exquisite 16th-century Spanish Renaissance-style geometric motif. The appealing pattern in brass inlay amplifies the atrium and entrances, while a simple linear strip pattern enhances the views across corridors. An understated design that accomplishes a great deal with two colors, the well-executed project specified resilient terrazzo finishes on the base, in elevator cabs, and on interior stairs in precast epoxy and exterior stairs in cement terrazzo.
